How to avoid burnout in the workplace


This program is designed to help stressed out Executives and Leaders avoid burnout.

If you are feeling constantly tired or exhausted or work just does not seem to have the spark it once used to, you might be heading for burnout.

Burnout is not a medical condition, but it is an occupational phenomenon that seems to be on the rise, according to the World Health Organistion.

Being exposed to extreme stress over a prolonged period of time can have severe negative consequences on our mental and physical health. In extreme situations it can lead to heart attacks or even death.


And as with most things in life, prevention is better than cure. This is a preventative program, aimed at putting practices and protocols in place in order for you to enjoy a happy and fulfilling work life.

As part of this program, I'll ask you to visit your health practitioner to establish your physical numbers: blood pressure, cholesterol, bloodglucose levels and one or two others. You might want to check those out in any case.

If you are on any anxiety medication, sleeping tablets or antidepressants, I urge you to first have a conversation with me prior to starting the program.

Make a commitment to yourself to live a healthier and inspired life and give it your all. Clients who coach with me get the best results when they play full out, even when they are scared or don't know the exact steps to take.

Over a period of a month, you will engage with your coach for live coaching sessions.
